Protection Against Fraudulent Charges
In the event you notice a charge on your financial statement which you are unfamiliar with, or identify as possible fraud, please contact our customer service center immediately. Agents are available to assist 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, as customer security is our top priority. Issuing a chargeback to your financial institution is time-consuming and troublesome. Contacting us will result in an immediate refund and cancellation of the membership. This will in turn result in all information being blocked in our system for any future purchases and canceling all access to the membership / content. All security information will be recorded in our negative usage database.
